Le sol sportif lui-m\u00eame se constitue de deux couches de panneaux de fibres de densit\u00e9 moyenne (multiplex), munies d\u2019une sous-couche douce et absorbante de 3 mm, recouverte d\u2019une couche sup\u00e9rieure r\u00e9sistante et flexible en polyur\u00e9thane, elle-m\u00eame recouverte d\u2019un rev\u00eatement de finition r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l\u2019usure. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la hauteur relativement faible de la structure, ce syst\u00e8me est facile \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans les travaux tant de nouvelle construction que de r\u00e9novation.
