Challenge & Context

The location of the training ground in the Faroe Islands presents a demanding environment for outdoor sports surfaces. Continuous exposure to wind, rain and temperature fluctuations requires a system that can maintain consistent performance throughout the year.

The challenge was to deliver an athletics surface that combines durability with reliable grip and shock absorption, ensuring safe and predictable use regardless of weather conditions.
