Flooring installer

Are you a skilled tradesperson with an eye for detail and a passion for your craft?

To expand our team, we are looking for an experienced Floor Installer. You will be involved in installing high-quality resin floors, sports floors and playing field markings at various locations across the Netherlands, covering indoor and outdoor sports, utility projects and our marine division.

What will you be doing?

As a Floor Installer, you will be responsible for the correct installation of our flooring systems – from preparation to finishing. You will work both independently and as part of a team on site, and together with your colleagues, you will ensure a perfect end result.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing subfloors and floor areas;
• mixing and applying flooring products;
• customer contact at the start and handover of projects;
• maintenance of tools, machinery and company vehicles;
• identifying and resolving practical issues on site.

What do you bring to the role?

• A technical qualification at LBO+ level;
• a valid VCA certificate (or you can obtain this with us);
• preferably 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role (or a willingness to learn the trade);
• good command of the Dutch language;
• a professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude;
• an eye for quality and safety.
