The good reputation of Herculan Marine floors is partly based on its strong focus on quality. Thanks to the know-how of our in-house R&D department, Herculan products are of a constant and high quality. The composition of a ship deck floor is a complex combination of raw materials, that all have their own specific characteristics. This makes the production a meticulous process. It starts with the strict entry check of the raw materials; only the very best quality is good enough to be at the basis of a ship deck floor that bears the Herculan name.

QUALITY IS THE HEART OF THE PRODUCTION

In our own production plant, the floor components are custom made for every project. This means that we do not use standard stock products, but produce them for every individual project so that the required characteristics of the floor are guaranteed. This step also involves an extensive quality check by the laboratory: samples are taken throughout the process, and the end product is thoroughly inspected. Only when all checks have been approved, the product will be released for shipment and the next step in the realization of the floor can be taken.
