Together with our employees, we strive for a proactive approach to energy conservation, where each employee plays an active role in identifying and implementing energy-saving measures. This can include turning off lights in unoccupied areas, optimizing lighting levels, and reporting energy wastage or inefficiencies. By involving our employees, we aim to create a culture of responsibility and accountability towards sustainability.
Internal communication
Through our intranet, we keep our staff informed about the sustainability initiatives in progress and raise awareness about the actions they can take themselves to further enhance sustainability within our operations. In this way, we also hope to foster intrinsic motivation and make sustainability a way of life.
