Our sports floor: a massive innovation

Raw materials that are present on the banned list of BREEAM are not used in our new EX 800 sports floor. This means that this product is highly environmental friendly and restrictions regarding transportation belong to the past. In addition, we make maximum use of renewable raw materials, in order not to burden the earth more than necessary. This way we are continuously working on reducing our carbon footprint and made another environmentally conscious step to keep the earth livable for our children.

Just like its predecessor, this version of EX 800 also meets the highest requirements for indoor use. Extremely low emission values and free of heavy metals and other harmful substances like PCP and formaldehyde. Your health is our concern and with that we take away your concern. 100% safe to use and that is a nice thing to know.

Not only safety during sports activities is important. What if there was a fire? With this new development we, once again, paid the greatest attention to the fire safety of the EX 800. Again, we succeeded to get a fire class Bfl-S1 onto our EX 800. The highest attainable class for this type of products; because your safety comes first.

Our former EX 800 already presented itself as a high level product, and this new, environmentally friendly version, is even beyond that level. The result: 230% elongation at break, an angle tear of 27 N/mm and also an enhancement of the resistance to impact.
